Paul and Dee

Paul and Dee met at church in Louisville, Kentucky, in the mid-’90s. Dee was an art student and pottery painter, and Paul was a Forensic Toxicologist. The couple married the following year and soon found themselves in Germany, where Paul was the Lead Analyst at the US Army Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany. After most of a decade in Europe, the family moved to Illinois, where Paul worked until retirement at the US Navy Drug Screening Laboratory in Great Lakes. Always passionate about the local church and missions, Paul and Dee were heavily engaged in many local and global outreach ministries.

SV Cloud Dancer is the couple’s highly capable 1987 Moody 346, homeported in Jacksonville, FL, where the Borders are helping Maritime Ministries connect and partner with other regional ministries to serve the community and bring the Good News of Jesus to those who have not yet heard.
