Aaron & Laura

Aaron and Laura Koerner are from Jacksonville, FL and have three children, Rielle (10), Everett (8), and Abel (5). Aaron is a professional musician and has served at many churches as a worship leader. He also has a background in sailing and a passion for the ocean and discipleship. Laura is a full-time mom and a part time artist and small business owner.

Aaron and Laura are currently acquiring the skills and resources to do mission-focused discipleship and restoration ministry aboard their 50’ ketch, SV Selah. They are living and training in Elizabeth City under the guidance of Maritime Ministries.

The Koerner’s are currently homeschooling, fundraising and serving with local ministries while they refit SV Selah into a multi-purpose ministry vessel that will comfortably care for their family and host others while they spread the gospel. They are excited about the Lord’s leading in their life, desire to follow him anywhere, and want to help lead others into an incredible adventure with God.
